General Terms and Conditions of degroenebaret.com Art. 1 Applicability 1.1 These General Terms and Conditions are applicable to all offers, orders and agreements of degroenebaret.com. 1.2 Acceptance of an offer or making an order means that you accept the applicability of these Conditions. Art. 2 Offers 2.1 All offers made by degroenebaret.com, in whatever form, are without obligation unless specifically stated otherwise. Art. 3 Prices and payments 3.1 The offers and prices are valid on the day they are offered on the web site and for the stated period. Degroenebaret.com accepts no responsibility for the consequences of printing errors in its offers. 3.2 The stated prices include VAT but exclude administration and shipping costs. 3.3 Payment should be made in advance (Prepaid) within 14 days after the order date, stating the ID number (= order number), If payment is not made within the stated term, we assume you are no longer interested and the order is automatically canceled. Art. 4 Deliveries 4.1 Without checking "I agree", the order cannot be confirmed. 4.2 The products will be delivered after receipt of payment by means of shipping via the post or possibly a package delivery service. 4.3 Shipping of the order falls under the responsibility of the client. Losses due to damage, theft, loss, industrial action and suchlike can therefore not be recovered from degroenebaret.com. 4.4 The products on the web site are offered for as long as stocks last. In the unlikely event that an article is out of stock at the manufacturer or importer, you will be informed about this as soon as possible. You are then entitled to cancel the order within 14 days after receiving such notification. After cancellation, your payment will be returned. 4.5 Degroenebaret.com accepts no responsibility for losses alleged to come from products not being in stock or delays in delivery. Art. 5 Applicable law The contracts between degroenebaret.com and you as intended in these conditions are subject exclusively to Dutch law. Art. 6 KCT-related articles 1.1 When ordering KCT-related articles, your registration number should be sent along. If, after verification, it turns out that you are not a Commando, 7.50 euros administration costs will be charged, or settled with the payment. Shipping Info: The showroom of degroenebaret.com is based at J&C Productions BV, Westvlietweg 64a, 2495 AA, The Hague, The Netherlands and is open from Monday to Friday inclusive from 08.00 - 18.00 hrs.
