Possibilities for payment
Via our web shop you have the possibility to pay in two ways.
1) You can pay for your order in advance. As soon as payment is received, your order, provided it is in stock, will be sent on the following Tuesday or Thursday. The speed of payment varies from bank to bank
2) You can pay via the "safe & quick" payment system "PAYPAL" or "IDEAL".
By means of this, payment is made immediately and in some cases your order will be sent on the same day.
Shipping procedure
For order/handling and shipping costs in the Netherlands €8.50 is charged, regardless of the amount of the order.
For shipment outside the Netherlands, the order/handling is €2.50 + shipping costs in proportion to the postage costs to the country in question.
Courier costs via DHL / UPS on request.
All costs for bank transfers are for the client.
** The ordered goods (after making an appointment by telephone) can always be picked up from our warehouse.

Exchanges/returns
Exchanges/returns can only be made within 10 days, undamaged and in the original packaging (after consulting our administration by telephone).
